About the development

Previously a commercial building, most recently a solicitors office, we acquired this with planning already in place for 15 small studios.

Having reviewed the original designs, we simply weren’t satisfied that they provided the space and standards that we could put our name to.

​

So we have completely transformed the plans with a new design that not only incorporates an additional floor but reduces the number of dwellings to just 8.

​

These spacious, 1 and 2 bedroomed apartments, will now offer excellent quality homes with extra amenities. Some will feature balconies and outside terraces. The top floor will host a luxury penthouse.

Now they will be FCD homes and we’d be proud to live in them ourselves.
