About the development
Previously a commercial building, most recently a solicitors office, we acquired this with planning already in place for 15 small studios.
Having reviewed the original designs, we simply weren’t satisfied that they provided the space and standards that we could put our name to.
So we completely transformed the plans with a new design that not only incorporated an additional floor but reduced the number of dwellings to just 7.
These spacious, 1 and 2 bedroomed apartments, now offer excellent quality apartments with extra amenities.
